A unique start-up at the forefront of technology is seeking for an exceptional/experienced C-level executive to join the founding team in leading the company’s growth. As a key member of the executive team, s.he will play a critical role in driving business goals and organizational success by ensuring operational efficiency and performance, developing and driving business strategy and financial plans, while collaborating closely with other senior leaders. The position includes setting and driving business and technological goals and strategy and translating it into actionable steps implementing operations, financial, legal (business and other) and HR plans accordingly. Building and managing the budget strategy and plans, including all fundraising and M&A activities of the Company, working closely with the board. Requirements
Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles in SW combined with HW companies. ● Strong financial background. ● MA. in science domains – advantage. ● Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. ● Fundraising experience. ● International business and commercialization experience (in SW combined with HW companies – advantage).
