Requirements
• Ph.D. / Msc. in Electrical Eng./ Electro-optics / Material Eng./Physics. (Postdoc – an advantage) • Must have extensive experience in quantum optics; quantum information, solid-state spin physics and nano-structuring or semiconductor nanophotonics. • >3 years of practical experience in research and development of electro-optic systems, building optical experiments and implementing computer-based experimental control. • >3 years of HO experience in the development of photonic devices: design, simulations, fabrication, assembly, integration, testing and debug • Coding: MATLAB (must), Python (adv.) • Photonic Simulation SW Experience: Rsoft / Comsol – advantage • Background in control systems – an advantage • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Ambitious, self-responsible, goal oriented team player that is open for new challenges, a true researcher! • Excellent interpersonal skills.
