PhD in experimental physics / applied physics / Electro-Optics Master in Optical experiments, Lab, and measurements. Proven experience with the Development of optical devices / Laser unit / technology. 7+ years of experience as a senior director / VP / CTO in the industry with commercial products, strategic planning, and execution of delivery to clients. Direct management of an Optical development group of researchers in the Optic/ Photonics / Laser Industry. Experience with the management of algorithms and optimizations is a plus.
