Job Description

An amazing start up, developing high end technology at seed stage is looking for an experienced Microfabrication Engineer focused on the development of our active micro-nanoelectronics devices. Your main focus will be the design, fabrication and testing of active devices such as thin film transistors and other structures integrated into novel implanted quantum devices. This is a hands-on position where you will need to layout devices and own their fabrication, either directly or together with partners. Role responsibilities: • Design, simulation and characterization of active transistor devices. • Full-chain process fabrication development in clean-rooms. (advanced lithography techniques, metallization, etching etc…) • Integration of components with existing and novel devices • In-sourcing and out-sourcing development as needed – Location: בנימינה

Requirements

• 4+ years designing and fabricating devices in clean rooms. • Transistor design experience (ie. FET, TFT or CMOS) • Strong device physics, design, fab and characterization knowledge • Experience with different semiconducting materials such as GaN, Si, metal oxides or other wide band-gap materials. • Strong interest in building the devices you design. • Excellent analytical skills • From Msc to Phd in physics, Electrcial Engineering, Material Engineering with experience , or similar discipline Useful qualifications: • Experience working with a-Si or IGZO • Experience building TFTs • Experience working with high power FETs or RF FET. • Silicon on insulator experience • Experience with digital or analog circuits • PhD in physics, EE, materials science or similar discipline • Software simulation skills : ANSYS , COMSOL or similar. Personal Qualifications: • Background in control systems – an advantage • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Ambitious, self-responsible, goal oriented team player that is open for new challenges. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
