QA Lead – Automation & Network Systems (QA & Testing JB-6414)
About An AI-driven networking startup building an ML-based network optimization and automation platform. Our mission is to eliminate manual network operations and create a fully autonomous, self-optimizing system at scale. The Role We are looking for a Hands-On QA Lead who can own quality end-to-end — from strategy to execution. This is not a coordination role. You will be deeply involved in testing complex distributed systems while building and leading a high-performing QA function. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end quality strategy across the platform • Design and execute system-level and integration test plans • Build automated test frameworks (API, integration, system tests) • Stay hands-on — write code, debug, and investigate failures • Drive CI/CD quality gates and testing lifecycle integration • Identify edge cases and break system assumptions Leadership • Build and lead a QA team from the ground up • Define QA standards, processes, and best practices • Drive quality accountability across engineering teams
Requirements • 5+ years in QA / Test Engineering, including leadership • Networking systems (routers, switches, firewalls) • Performance / load testing • Cloud-native distributed systems • Strong test automation experience (API / system-level) • Hands-on scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) • Experience with distributed systems / networking infrastructure • CI/CD and DevOps experience • Docker & Kubernetes
