Requirements
Requirements BSc in CS and MBA / industrial management / Information systems. PMO / PMP – a plus. 5+ years as a software team leader, Hands-on developed a SaaS product. Experience in Blockchain technologies (i.e., Corda), Cloud technologies, and (CI/CD) – a plus. Agile, scrum, Kanban. 2+ years working directly with global customers as a product manager, program manager, or software project manager from the definition to delivery and deployment. Also, a professional services manager would be relevant. Master in Matrix management, Direct management of software contractors developing tailored modules like MFG-Pro / Priority for premium customers preferably manufacturing. From choosing the contractors to budget management and risk management along with the product. S/he should have high availability to travel, and commute (average of every week for two months). You will need to pass security clearance. Fluent in English spoken and written, a GOOD listener who is brilliant and learns fast every unique customer need.
