Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proven track record in designing and developing large-scale Big Data platforms and AI/Generative AI systems. Hands-on experience with the full Machine Learning development lifecycle using open-source frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Expertise in building software data platforms with Node.js, Python, React/Redux, and NoSQL databases. Proficiency with Cloud technologies, DevOps tools, and testing frameworks. Leadership & Management: 10+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 5+ years in a VP of Software or similar executive role. Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring teams of engineers and applied scientists. Strong project management skills, able to define roadmaps, set milestones, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS, Cloud, AI/Generative AI, or Big Data platform business models. Ability to translate technical capabilities into market-driven product solutions.
