Requirements
Required Skills and Experience: At least a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in algorithms and/or cryptography. A Ph.D. is a significant advantage. Relevant experience (typically 3-5 years) in the research, development, and implementation of complex algorithms. In-depth knowledge of modern cryptographic algorithms (such as symmetric and asymmetric encryption, hash functions, digital signatures). Good understanding of blockchain technology principles and algorithmic applications in this field (such as consensus algorithms, Merkle trees, on-chain encryption). Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in the field of algorithms. Strong programming skills in relevant languages (such as Python, C++, Go). Ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation of algorithms and implementations.
