A successful company in Herzliya is looking for Support lead to work 15:00 – 00:00 (midnight) giving support to the companies’ clients in the USA. The company develops A B2B platforms to businesses in the USA. Will manage all technical issues from the customers to the QA and development team. – Location: הרצליה


* Hands on support experience (tier 2 and above) – You will give support tier 1-tier 3 * Python experience * Excellent English * Excellent communication (customer interaction) skills * Available to work Monday to Thursday 15:00-00:00 and Sunday 09:00-18:00.
