Job Description

We are looking for an experienced application support engineer to join our WW global L4 team to help lead our customer support activities. The main goal is to manage all technical issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders, and to research and resolve issues with the help of the development team. – Location: רעננה

Requirements

· Resolving issues and identifying potential solutions while providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers and internal stakeholders · Prioritizing and managing multiple issues from multiple customers on multiple products and platform, all at the same · Provide detailed feedback following escalation coverage to an escalation owner · Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders and ensure that they are well informed of the progress and plan · Meet with customers to educate and train d proper clinical usage of company products Desired Qualifications · At least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer/QA Engineer · Clinical and educational experience in medical industry is a big advantage · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail oriented and a proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
