We are expanding our hardware team and looking for a hands-on senior hardware engineer to lead peripheral board design and drive transition from R&D to production. This role combines practical analog board development with compliance and certification leadership. What You’ll Do Board Design Design schematics for analog and peripheral boards Develop filters, voltage/current measurement circuits, DC and switching power supplies Run simulations and perform full lab bring-up independently Compliance & NPI Lead transition from R&D to production Work with external certification labs Ensure compliance with safety standards, MIL-STD, EMI/RFI requirements Prepare products for regulatory approval and commercialization
Must-Have Experience 7+ years of hardware development experience Strong analog design background Hands-on lab experience (debug, validation, bring-up) Experience leading compliance and certification processes Experience working with manufacturing and production teams Nice to Have System-level architecture experience Experience in defense or regulated industries DFM / NPI leadership experience
