MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, EE, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in applied R&D, with a deep understanding of modern NLP architectures, Transformers, and Deep Learning. Hands-on experience working with and fine-tuning LLMs for downstream tasks on unstructured text data. Proven experience optimizing and deploying ML models to production, taking full responsibility for data harvesting, pipeline creation, and integration. Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face). Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for model lifecycle management and CI/CD. Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Highly creative, “handy” problem solver, and an excellent team player who is open to discussions and joint brainstorming.
